This policy explains information collected through the Play School Mastermind website enquiry form.
How enquiry information is used
With your contact consent, information is used to respond about programs, admissions, school visits or trial arrangements. On the live website, enquiries are sent through our server to the existing Mastermind CRM as preschool enquiries. Our admissions team uses this information to follow up and confirm arrangements. Review previews do not send ordinary enquiries.
Website hosting and external services
The website is hosted on Vercel. Links to WhatsApp, social media, maps and the CRM login open services with their own privacy practices. Opening a link or contacting us through those services is subject to their policies.
Website measurement
This website uses Meta Pixel to measure page visits and successful enquiry submissions. It sends PageView and Lead events to Meta without adding the information entered in the enquiry form as event parameters. Meta may process browser or device information as part of its measurement service.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit a form and contact the school directly instead. To request a correction, deletion or to stop follow-up about your enquiry, contact our team. We will review your request and explain any information we need to retain.
