Making with dough, drawing, painting, building and puzzles offer different ways to use little hands. Mark-making and pre-writing are introduced through age-guided experiences.
Counting, sorting and abacus exploration make numbers tangible. Action songs, balancing, jumping and soft-ball games are examples of movement activities to discuss with the class teacher.
Feelings pictures and story conversations offer ways to talk about emotions. Children can practise taking turns, asking for help and sharing small responsibilities, such as choosing a song or helping organise materials.
